Buick LaCrosse eAssist to come to China

GM will bring the Buick LaCrosse eAssist to the Chinese market. The eAssist is a mild-hybrid powered by a 2.4 liter four cylinder Ecotec gasoline engine with direct injection that is connected to a 115 volt lithium-ion battery pack and a 15 kilowatt motor-generator, increasing the vehicle’s fuel economy by 25%. The LaCrosse eAssist will be listed in China in Q3. Via 163.com.
