The Xpeng Mona M03 electric liftback’s cumulative deliveries reached 150,000 units in 10 months after the sales had started in China. Priced between 119,800 and 139,800 yuan (17,000 – 19,480 USD), this sedan offers up to 214 hp and 600 km of range.
The Xpeng Mona M03 started sales on August 27, 2024, generating over 10,000 firm orders within just 52 minutes of its launch. This model kicked off deliveries on August 30. On December 27 last year, Xpeng announced that the 50,000th vehicle rolled off the production line in China. On March 31, the Chinese automaker manufactured 100,000 units of the M03. On July 22, this automaker delivered the 150,000th Mona M03.
Xpeng Mona M03 deliveries milestone
According to China EV DataTracker, Xpeng Mona M03 deliveries were above 10,000 units each month starting from September 2024. In March 2025, Xpeng sold 16,593 units of this electric liftback, setting an all-time high. Last month, this model’s deliveries were at 14,111 units. The Xpeng Mona M03’s cumulative sales volume from August 2024 to June 2025 was 134,931 cars.
According to Xpeng’s official Weibo account, it delivered the 150,000th Mona M03 sedan to an owner. It means the Guangzhou-based automaker sold 15,069 units of this liftback in 22 days of July. The Mona M03 could set a new delivery high this month. Xpeng officials also highlighted that the M03 is holding the status of the bestselling all-electric A-class sedan in China for ten consecutive months.

The Xpeng Mona M03 adopts a sleek styling with a slanted bonnet, retractable door handles, and a low roofline. This model boasts a drag coefficient of 0.194 Cd. It is an impressive number for a car with dimensions of 4780/1896/1445 mm. The M03’s wheelbase stretches to 2,815 mm.
Interior of the Xpeng Mona M03 adopts a minimalistic design without a conventional instrument cluster. It has a large floating 15.6-inch touchscreen powered by a Snapdragon 8155 chip. The car’s gear shifter sits behind the two-spoke wheel with a flat bottom. The center console integrates two cup holders and a wireless phone charging pad.
The Xpeng Mona M03 offers two e-motor options: 140 kW (187 hp) and 160 kW (214 hp). It has two LF battery variants from BYD’s subsidiary FinDreams: 51.8 kWh and 62.2 kWh. Its range is 515 – 620 km (CLTC conditions).
