The all-new Chery QQ3 made its debut at the 2025 Chengdu Auto Show. The official market launch could be as early as the end of this year, and it will compete directly with the Geely Geome Xingyuan electric hatchback.

When the QQ series was first launched in 2003, Chery positioned it as “young people’s first car”. Subsequently, Chery launched the Chery QQ3, the QQ6, and QQme. In 2005, the Chery QQ series’ monthly sales exceeded 10,000 units, and sold over one million units cumulatively in 2011. However, sales of successively launched models were low due to market competitions, and the series was discontinued in 2014.

Earlier in April, Chery revived its QQ series by introducing the new Chery QQ concept car at the Shanghai Auto Show.

For the appearance, the all-new Chery QQ3 adopts a round shape and oval headlights with integrated double-horizontal daytime running light strips. The taillights also adopt an oval design, echoing the headlights.

The side profile is slender with a wheelbase over 2700 mm and a length over 4200 mm long, built based on Chery’s T12 platform. The QQ logo is also located on the C-pillar.

Power comes from a 90 kW (121 hp) rear electric motor. The battery capacity and range info still need to be revealed officially.

Inside, the cabin features a flat-bottom steering wheel, oval air-conditioning outlets, a rectangular instrument panel, and a 15.6-inch 2.5K floating central control screen, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, which also supports an AI voice assistant.

Other configurations include OTA updates, 256-color ambient lights, 50W wireless charging, mobile connectivity with CarPlay, HiCar, and CarLink, and Chery’s Falcon 500 advanced driving assistance system that supports high-speed NOA.
