New spy shots from the Fisker Karma in China. Chinese media report that Fisker has closed a deal with a Chinese company for distribution and sales. This likely means the Karma will hit the China car market soon. Exactly when is yet unsure. We also hear the Karma will cost over 1 million yuan in China, or more than 157.000 USD.

Seems a lot but pricing it high might be the best thing to do. Normal hybrid cars are extremely unpopular in China because their price is considered to high compared with their patrol-powered stable mate. But if you can set a car high-up in the market as an ‘exclusive’ hybrid it might actually very well work with China’s high-tech crazy rich. The Karma’s beauty will surely help a lot as well.
