GM India will begin by assembling the vehicles in India using kits made with Chinese and Indian parts and increase the use of local components over time. The Chevrolet Enjoy will be powered by a Fiat-sourced 1.3 liter Multi-jet diesel engine (not offered in China) and a 1.4 patrol. The Enjoy will be aimed mostly at the taxi market, it will be positioned just under the Chevrolet Tavera in GM’s India line-up.
