Jiangling Tiger pickup truck to be launched later this month

A new pickup truck from Jiangling Motor Corporation (JMC). The Jiangling Tiger is based on the Yusheng SUV that was launched  on the Chinese auto market in December 2010. Engines are the same: a turbocharged 2.4 Mitsubishi petrol or a Ford Duratec 2.4 diesel. Price for the Tiger will start at 116.800 yuan and end at 144.800 yuan.

JMC has acces to the Ford engine thanks to the Jiangling-Ford joint venture that makes the Transit vans for the Chinese market, the JV will also start making the Ford Explorer SUV from 2013. Via: Sohu.
