Spy Shots showing the new BMW M3 testing in China. China is one of the largest markets worldwide for the M-Series so BMW wants to make sure the new M3 behaves perfectly well on Chinese roads. The new M3 will be launched on the Chinese auto market in September.

Price for the M3 will start around 1.2 million yuan or 192.000 USD. The BMW M3 is imported into China, unlike the base BMW 3 sedan that is manufactured locally by the Brilliance-BMW joint venture. The new M3 is powered by a speedy twin-turbocharged six-in-line with an output of 425hp and 550nm, mated to a six-speed DCT. All that power is good for an unlimited top speed of 285km/h and a 0-100 of 4.1 seconds.
