The new Chery E5 debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show in April. The E5 will be listed in the Chinese market in July, price will start around 70.000 yuan.

Size: 4580×1760×1483, wheelbase is 2600, curb weight is 1336kg. Engines: 1.5 with 80kw and 140nm and a 1.8 with 97kw and 170nm. Transmission: 5-speed manual or CVT. The Chery E5 stands on the same platform as the Chery A5 and Chery Cowin 3.
