Production Hongqi C131 to Start in December

FAW is working on a new medium-sized Hongqi (Red Flag) sedan. The Hongqi C131 is based on the Audi A6L from the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture. Production of the C131 will start in December this year, it will then be listed in the first half of 2012, debut likely at the April 2012 Beijing Auto Show. Engines all from Audi: 2.0T, 2.5 V6 and 3.0 V6.
