BMW is no longer the only Art Car maker, Volvo got one too. This fine C30 stood near Volvo-China headquarter not far from the CarNewsChina office towers. It is a one-off made in China for promotion purposes, it will be on display at autoshows on the Chinese mainland.

The current Volvo is imported. The next generation however will very likely be made in China when Geely’s new Volvo-factory is finished. Price starts at 258.000 yuan. Expensive indeed but still the C30 seems to be selling very well, I se many driving around on Beijing’s street every day. Usually the driver is a woman.
