The brand new Chevrolet Malibu debuted at the Shanghai Auto Show in April. It will be made in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture. The Malibu will be listed in October.

Engines for the Chinese market: 1.6 turbo, 2.0 and 2.4. Transmission: 6-speed manual or six-speed automatic. We heard rumors of a V6, it might joint the line up later.
