Is this a Seat Toledo? Indeed, it is. The Chery Cowin 2 is one of the oldest cars on the Chinese market. It is based on the very first Seat Toledo, Chery bought the tooling when production ended in Spain and brought everything to China. The car got a brandnew facelift so it can live a bit longer. New front, kinda new back and a new interior. Heck, the Toledo is all freshed up again.

Engine is a 1.5 from Chery with 109hp and 140nm mated to a 5-speed manual. The new Chery Cowin 2 will hit the Chinese car market in early 2012. Price will start around 47.000 yuan.

And what a beauty she still is. Great to have her around!
