The new Honda CR-V has been listed on the China car market. Price starts at 193.800 yuan and ends at 262.800 yuan. The CR-V is made in China by the Dongfeng-Honda joint venture. Two engines: 2.0 with 155hp or a 2.4 with 190hp. Main competition: the Shanghai-Volkswagen Toureg and the FAW-Toyota RAV4. Via: Autohome.

looks much better now ..i drove this car before from Beijing to shanghai and I was pretty much satisfied with the performance she showed on the highway .
Are Honda cars made in China on a par quality wise with those made in the UK?
Probably better. Honda already exports China-made cars to other countries in the region, including Australia.
Many thanks for responding; Toyota makes sub-standard (To Europe & Japan) vehicles in China mainly for sale in the Philippines etc, but I am wondering if it is the same with Honda. I agree they send their vehicles to Australia, but that does not necessarily guarantee anything.
