New spy shots from the new Cadillac XTS testing in China. New reports in Chinese media indicate the big Caddy will be launched on the China auto market before the end of this year, it will be made by the Shanghai-GM joint venture.

Price for Cadillac XTS will start around 400.000 yuan and end around 600.000 yuan. Power comes from a 3.6 V6 with 304hp and 358nm, mated to a six-speed automatic.

The XTS will compete with the Audi A6, BMW5 and Benz E, all of which are made locally in China and are therefore cheaper. The real fight then can only begin when the first XTS rolls of the line in Shanghai.
