The facelifted Ford Fiesta sedan debuted on the Guangzhou Auto Show, it will be launched on the China auto market in December. Strangely the facelifted Fiesta hatchback did not appear on the show while both vehicles are made in China by the Chang’an-Ford joint venture. Maybe the hatch wasn’t finished yet.

The Fiesta is the most popular Ford in China after the Focus, the facelift will certainly push sales up a bit more. Price will range from 80.000 yuan to 120.000 yuan. Engines: 1.3 and 1.5. The new high-tech 3-cylinder 1.0 Ecoboost engine will be available in the future as well, but only when production of that engine in China has started, which won’t be before July 2013.
