The JAC Refine M3 mini MPV Concept debuted on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show, combining a famous German name with famous Japanse design., although not as obvious as their colleagues at BYD. JAC at least pasted its own front on the vehicle, with a heavily chromed grille and a sporty bumper.
The JAC Refine M3 will be launched on the China car market in Q3. It will be available as a mini MPV, like the vehicle on show, and as a minivan for hauling small goods. Power will come from a 1.5 liter four-cylinder with 113hp and 146nm, mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT. Price will start around 70.000 yuan and end around 120.000 yuan.
JAC has a strong name when it comes to vans, large vans, and minibuses. The Refine M3 is their first entry into the minivan/mini MPV segment.
