New spy shots of the upcoming MG5 Four-door Coupe, seen here completely naked for the first time. The MG5 Four-door Coupe was expected to debut on the Beijing Auto Show but did not appear. Debut is now expected for the Chengdu Auto Show in September with a launch on the China car market in Q4.

The sporty coupe is based on the same platform as the MG5 hatchback and the Roewe 350 sedan. The MG5 Four-door Coupe will be powered by the same engines as the MG5 hatchback: a 109hp 1.5 and a 129hp 1.5 turbo. Price will start around 120.000 yuan and end around 150.000 yuan.
