Spy Shots showing a new SUV for Beijing Auto. It is based on the same platform as the ultra cool BJ20 but longer and with seven seats. It will likely be called the BJ20 L, just like Beijing Auto sells the B40 and the B40L.

The extra length is most obvious behind the C pillar. The rood looks very high with relatively narrow windows.

The dash is all new, the BJ20 doesn’t have it. There is a huge touch screen with hip-ish tumbler switches below, neatly in a row. The instrument panel seems to combine analog and digital. The steering wheel has a somewhat oval shape with a flat bottom.

Power will come from a Mitsubishi-sourced 4A91T 1.5 turbo with 150hp and 210nm. Transmission is a six-speed manual or a CVT, sending power to all four wheels.
