The newly launched MAX long-range version battery is a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery from CATL, providing a CLTC cruising range of 720 km. It takes 30 minutes to replenish the battery from 10% to 80% under fast charging.

In addition, power comes from a rear electric motor with a maximum power of 200 kW and a peak torque of 343 Nm. The 0 – 100 km/h acceleration time is 6.9 seconds and the top speed is 200 km/h.

The overall design of the new car is consistent with the existing model, the major upgrade is the addition of an electric spoiler. From the side, the car adopts a floating roof design and no door handles, measuring 4853/1990/1611 mm, with a 3000 mm wheelbase. It is positioned as a medium-to-large SUV. The doors can be opened by pressing a button on the B-pillar.

The interior features a 35.6-inch integrated screen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip, that can realize full-screen, dual-screen, or triple-screen display. The cockpit SIMO AI voice interaction system has a voice recognition speed as fast as 500 ms, according to Jiyue. Furthermore, the new car is equipped with Baidu’s Apollo intelligent driving system, two NVIDIA Orin-X intelligent driving chips, and an optional ROBO Drive Max advanced driving assistance system.
