Changan’s Nevo A06 enters market in BEV and EREV: 6C battery, 2,120km comprehensive range, 0.205Cd
On November 9, Changan officially launched its Nevo A06 sedan in China, offering eight trims in BEV and EREV variants.
BEV:

In the front, the 2,258 mm long headlight strip consists of 236 LEDs units.


In the rear, the taillight cluster is composed of 274 LED units and allows for customized lighting signals.

Underpinned by Changan’s SDA platform, the Nevo A06 measures 4885/1916/1496 mm (l/w/h), with a wheelbase of 2922 mm. The drag coefficient is 0.205 Cd. The curb weight ranges from 1,750 kg to 1,887 kg.
Additionally, the BEV variant features an 108 L front trunk for both wet and dry use. Combined with the 656 L rear trunk capacity, the total trunk volume is 764 L. With all seats except the driver seat folded down, plus the 108 L front trunk, the maximum storage space can reach 2168 L, which can accommodate 42 20-inch suitcases simultaneously.

In terms of intelligent driving, the top-of-the-line and second-highest trims are equipped with Changan’s Tianshu advanced driving assistance system, supported by a lidar, three millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 11 cameras. The system is powered by a Horizon Robotics Journey J6M chip, and can realize highway NOA, parking assist, and automatic emergency braking, just to name a few.

The Nevo A06 is available in BEV and EREV variants all in RWD, built on an 800V or 400V high-voltage silicon carbide platform, depending on the trims.
The BEV comes in a high-power version with a 210 kW (282 hp) electric motor and a low-power version with 120 kW (161 hp), paired with 51.48 kWh and 63.18 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, respectively, providing a CLTC range of 510 km and 630 km. Under 6C fast charging, it takes 12 minutes to recharge the battery from 10% to 80%.
The EREV is equipped with a 1.5L engine as the range-extender (model JL469Q1) with a maximum power of 72 kW (97 hp), a 120 kW (161 hp) electric motor, and a 28.39 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 240 km and a combined range of 2,120 km. Under 3C fast charging, it takes 18 minutes to recharge the battery from 10% to 80%.

Inside, the cockpit features a four-spoke steering wheel, a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen, and a 10.17-inch instrument panel, powered by a MTK8676 4nm automotive-grade chip from MediaTek. An AI voice assistant is also present, supported by dual large language models from Deepseek and Alibaba.


Other configurations include a 2.5 ㎡ panoramic sunroof, a 4.6 L in-vehicle refrigerator (temperature range -6℃ to 50℃), 256-color ambient lighting, a 20-speaker NEVO Sound audio system, and massage/heating/ventilation seats throughout the vehicle. The rear seats can recline up to 145°.
