Chery’s Exeed Exlantix ES7 GT wagon debuts with 1,700 km CLTC range and under 3s 0‑100 km/h

At the 2025 Guangzhou Auto Show, Exeed, Chery’s premium sub-brand, revealed its first electric wagon-body model, the Exeed Exlantix ES7 GT. Positioned as a mid-to-large shooting brake, it combines a range-extender system with three electric motors. According to information reported by Auto-home, the model claims a driving range of more than 1,700 km under the CLTC cycle and supports 1,000 V ultra-fast charging that can replenish about 450 km of range in 5 minutes, as reported by Auto-home.
The exterior follows Exeed’s latest design language. The front fascia is sealed and features a full-width LED daytime running light strip integrated with the headlamp units. The front bumper features vertical air intakes and half-ring LED accents around heat-dissipation openings. The side profile has subtly flared wheel arches, 21‑inch five-spoke semi-closed wheels, and flush door handles. At the rear, the D-pillar slopes into a roof-mounted spoiler. Tail lamps span the vehicle’s width, and the lower bumper includes a contrasting-colour diffuser panel.
Interior details, as later disclosed, include leather upholstery with stitched trim, faux-carbon fibre panels, and red accent strips. The front seats are racing-style buckets, while the rear bench provides standard seating. The vehicle is equipped with 27 sensors, including roof-mounted lidar and fender-mounted cameras, supporting the “Falcon 700” driver-assistance system powered by the “Journey 6P” platform and a 5,600 TPS computing module. The cockpit integrates a 15.6‑inch central screen, a 12.3‑inch passenger screen, and a 10.25‑inch instrument cluster, operating on the 8295P processor. Apple CarPlay and 50 W wireless charging are included.
Performance specifications indicate a 0‑100 km/h acceleration in under three seconds. The range‑extender system, combined with three electric motors, enables the vehicle to reach its 1,700 km CLTC range. Independent front and rear suspension is fitted.
The Exeed Exlantix ES7 GT is the first wagon variant in the Exeed Exlantix ES range. It introduces a body style not previously available in the lineup and equips it with Exeed’s current electric powertrain and driver-assistance technologies. Pricing and international availability have not yet been announced.
