The facelifted Citroen C4 hatchback has been launched on the Chinese car market, price starts at 106.800 yuan and ends at 145.800 yuan. The C4, called c-Quatre in China, is based on the first-gen Citroen C4 and made in China by the Dongfeng-PSA joint venture. The facelifted C4 sedan was launched in April. Changes are the same on both cars; a new grill with more chrome, new light units and new bumpers.

The rather old c-Quatre range is still very popular in China. The c-Quatre is after all those years basically fault-free and therefore very reliable. It sure doesn’t handle like a more modern car but almost nobody who buys a c-Quatre cares about that. Engines: 1.6 with 104hp and a 2.0 with 144hp, mated to a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic.
