New spy shots of the facelifted Chevrolet Aveo hatchback, looking very modern again with a new grille and headlights. The Chevrolet Aveo hatchback will be launched on the China car market on July 10. The facelifted Ave0 sedan will be launched in June.

The facelifted Aveo keeps the engines of the old car: a 1.4 with 103hp and 131nm, and a 1.6 with 121hp and 155nm, both mated to a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed tiptronic.

The Chevrolet Aveo is manufactured in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture. The Aveo is GM’s best selling compact car and especially strong in the upcoming and promising markets in second and third tier cities where many and more citizens go for their first car.
