New Spy Shots of the JAC Refine S2, featuring huge headlights and a giant gaping grille. The JAC Refine S2 is a new compact crossover-ish SUV for China. It will be positioned between the upcoming Refine S1 and the existing Refine S3. The Refine S2 will debut on the Shanghai Auto Show in April and launch on the Chinese car market in Q3.

Nice interior with dual-tone seats, some chrome thingies, sporty dials, and a large screen in the center console. Steering wheel seems very basic without any buttons on it. The Refine S3 will be powered by a 1.5 liter four-cylinder petrol engine with 113hp and 146nm, mated to a six-speed manual or a CVT. Price will start just under 50.000 yuan and end around 65.000.

Black bumper could indicate this is a pre-production car, but sure it ain’t because JAC is crazy enough to build it like this. Rear lights tame compared to front. Chromed exhaust pipe tips are hip. Rear door handle hidden in C-pillar.
