Luxgen is a brand from the Taiwanese Yulong Group. They have a joint venture with Dongfeng Automobile called Dongfeng-Yulong to make the Luxgen7 SUV in China and an MPV will follow later. This Luxgen Neora is a concept to show a future sedan that will very likely be made in China as well. The Neora is a full electric with a 180kw electric motor and a top speed of 150km/h.
