The new Brilliance 530 sedan will be listed in June. Only engine at launch will be a Mitsubishi 1.6 with 87kw. Brilliance own 1.5 turbo was expected to joint the line-up soon but is now delayed to late second half of this year.

Brilliance claims it want to do more ‘market research’ on the 1.5 turbo but Chinese media believe the engine simply isn’t ready yet. Whatever true, delayed it is.
