The best spy shots so far of the new Changan Yuexiang V7, showing a sleek compact sedan with a daring grille. The Yuexiang V7 is the successor of the good old Changan Yuexiang (without ‘V7’). Debut is scheduled for the Chengdu Auto Show in September with a launch in the Chinese auto market in October.
My favorite detail of the interior: a screen that looks like a pop up screen but is actually fixed. Great work.
Alloys daring as well, but the wheels look a tad too small. The Yuexiang X7 will be available with two engines: a 1.5 with 130hp and a new 1.5 turbo with 170hp and 230nm. Both engines will be mated to a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic. Price is expected to start around 60.000 yuan and end around 90.000 yuan.
Invisible exhaust pipes just all right for a 1.5, but the 1.5 turbo needs something fat.
Nice. Very nice indeed.
