The Citroen C-Elysee sedan will receive a facelift in China. Most eye catching are the new grille and lights, with a design similar to the Citroen C6. Other changes include the front bumper, rear bumper, and rear lights. The facelifted c-Elysee will debut on the Guangzhou Auto Show in November and launch on the Chinese auto market soon thereafter.
This is the current C-Elysee, it debuted in 2013. It is the cheapest sedan in Citroen’s China lineup. List price starts at 83.800 yuan and ends at 120.800 yuan. Lone engine is a 1.6 with 117hp, mated to a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.
The engine and ‘boxes will continue unchanged in the facelifted C-Elysee and price will be about the same.
The C-Elysee is manufactured in China by the Dongfeng-PSA joint venture. Its sister model, the Peugeot 301, will receive a facelift as well.
New lights and a new lower-bumper section. Citroen logo seems a bit bigger than before.
I’m pretty sure nothing but the tail lights changed for this one.
