The very first Spy Shots of the upcoming Brilliance V6 SUV. It looks pretty much ready and is set to launch on the Chinese car market in Q3. It will be positioned between the existing V5 SUV and the also-upcoming V7 SUV. Brilliance indeed is on the SUV warpath. They have discontinued all their sedans and hatchbacks. From now on SUVs are all the Brilliance you can get.

Interestingly, there is a completely naked Brilliance V7 in the background, on the right side. Sadly the photographer didn’t manage to snap it.

The red car is another Brilliance V6. Power will come from the well-known 150hp 1.5 turbo and a new 1.8 turbo with about 175 horses. ‘Boxes: six-speed manual and six-speed automatic, sending horses to the front wheels.

Rear window is larger than on most new Chinese SUVs we see. Big brilliance badge between the lights. Bumper with mud guard with poorly integrated pipes; they seem too small.

Happily, the lights work very well.
