Lynk & Co 10 EM-P plug-in hybrid 5-meter sedan to launch in H2 2025 in China

Lynk & Co vice general director Mu Jun announced the 10 EM-P plug-in hybrid large sedan. It will enter the market in the second half of 2025. It is a PHEV variant of the previously launched SEA-based Lynk & Co Z10 EV.

The electric variant of the Lynk & Co Z10 sedan entered China in September 2024. This model stands on the SEA modular architecture that underpins a lot of vehicles from the Geely Group, including the popular Zeekr 001 (see specs). The Lynk & Co Z10 is available for purchase with a price range of 186,800 – 282,800 yuan (28,850 – 39,150 USD). However, the electric Lynk & Co Z10 turned into a flop with a cumulative sales volume of 7,719 units. Soon, Lynk & Co will launch the PHEV variant of this model.

More about Lynk & Co 10 EM-P

On May 8, Lynk & Co vice general director Mu Jun shared a post on Weibo Chinese social media. He wrote that Link & Co has delivered over 1 million cars. The brand also launched the 900 SUV model this year. Mu Jun said that there will be more in the second half of the year. He said that “10” will definitely become the Geely’s number this year. Moreover, Mu Jun shared a drawing of the sedan with the “10 EM-P” inscription.

Previously, it was rumored that Lynk & Co works on the plug-in hybrid variant of the Z10 electric sedan. This vehicle was spotted in the streets wearing heavy camouflage. Moreover, Lynk & Co shared earlier that it will launch two cars in 2025. The first one is the 900 flagship SUV. But the second model was undercover.

According to previous information, the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P will adopt the GEA Evo modular architecture. Its plug-in hybrid system will align with the upcoming Geely Galaxy Starship 9 full-size SUV. It will comprise a 2-liter turbocharged ICE and an electric drive with integrated electric motors. Other features of the 10 EM-P sedan are the Nvidia Drive Thor-U chip for 700 TOPS, the Snapdragon 8295 chip, and air suspension.

The exterior of the Lynk & Co 10 EM-P will align with the electric Z10 model. We will remind you that the latter car boasts dimensions of 5028/1966/1468 mm with a wheelbase of 3005 mm. The all-electric Lynk & Co Z10 offers three power output variants: RWD 200 kW (268 hp), RWD 310 kW (416 hp), and 4WD 580 kW (778 hp). The electric range is 602 – 806 km under CLTC conditions.
