The first batch of the Leapmotor B10 electric crossovers was shipped to Europe ahead of the sales launch scheduled for September 8. This EV will boost the overseas sales of the Stellantis-backed brand. Leapmotor aims to launch the B10 SUV in twenty countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America by the end of 2025.
Leapmotor is a Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturer that was partly acquired by Stellantis in 2024. The two parties also formed the Leapmotor International joint venture with Stellantis holding 51%. Leapmotor currently sells two models internationally: the T03 hatchback and the C10 crossover. From January to July 2025, this company exported 24,980 vehicles. Soon, the entry-level Leapmotor B10 SUV will enter the overseas markets to further enhance the brand’s export numbers.
Leapmotor B10 shipped to Europe
On August 26, Leapmotor officials shared photos of the first batch of B10 crossovers next to the Grande Tianjin ship, capable of carrying 9,241 cars. This vessel was built this year as part of a strategic cooperation between Leapmotor and Grimaldi Lines logistics company. Leapmotor didn’t share the specific number of B10 crossovers shipped to Europe.
The Chinese automaker shared that the Leapmotor B10 crossover will enter the European market on September 8. This BEV will start sales with a price of 29,900 EUR (34,770 USD). Positioned as the key global expansion model, the Leapmotor B10 will enter 20 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and South America by the end of 2025. Nowadays, Leapmotor sells in 18 countries around the Globe.




Leapmotor sold 271,793 vehicles from January to July 2025. According to China EV DataTracker, this automaker delivered 238,570 units domestically, surpassing Li Auto with 234,670 cars sold. In August this year, Leapmotor shared that it achieved the semi-annual net profit for the first time. It became the second Chinese EV startup to become profitable, alongside the mentioned Li Auto.
More about the Leapmotor B10
The Leapmotor B10 entered the Chinese market in April 2025 as a compact electric crossover with a price range of 99,800 – 129,800 yuan (13,950 – 18,150 USD). Its dimensions are 4515/1885/1655 mm with a wheelbase of 2735 mm. For clarity, it is 60 mm longer, 10 mm wider, and 40 mm lower than the well-known BYD Atto 3 (Yuan Plus) electric crossover.
The interior of the Leapmotor B10 adopts two interior colors: purple and gray. The car’s center console boasts a 14.6-inch 2.5K touchscreen and an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster. The Snapdragon’s Qualcomm 8155 chip powers the infotainment system. This model has a 420-liter trunk, which can be expanded to 515 liters by removing the lower layer.
The entry-level Leapmotor B10 has a single electric motor in the rear axle with a peak power output of 132 kW (177 hp). The more powerful modification has an electric motor for 160 kW (215 hp). It has a 56.2 kWh LFP battery suitable for 510 km of range under CLTC conditions. Higher trims have a 67.1 kWh LFP pack for 600 km.
