Five Huawei-backed car brands – Aito, Luxeed, Stelato, Maextro, and Saic – announced a comprehensive deepening of their strategic cooperation. This partnership encompasses the standardization of core technologies, the creation of a cross-brand after-sales network, joint marketing services, and other key elements.
All five mentioned brands are joint projects between Huawei and state-owned Chinese automakers Seres, Chery, BAIC, JAC, and SAIC. Their cars are being sold in Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) stores. Moreover, the core ADAS and smart cabin technologies are developed by Huawei.

In November 2025, HIMA’s sales volume reached the all-time high of 81,864 units. From January to November, this alliance delivered 494,375 vehicles, up 24.7% Year-Over-Year (China EV DataTracker data). However, the next few years will pose a new challenge for the Chinese car market as the government plans to revoke new energy vehicle subsidies. This factor led to the further consolidation of HIMA.
