An electric tricycle transporting a bunch of about 30 helium filled balloons, seen on a fly-over of the Second Ring Road in central Beijing. The driver can’t see a thing. The vehicle is on the way to a public park, railway station, shopping mall, or any other busy place to sell the balloons the children for about 10 yuan or 1.62 USD. The electric tricycle is a comparatively safe platform to transport helium filled balloons, I’ve seen them doing it on bicycles, swinging all over the road.
