Citroen is working on a new DS-branded SUV for the China car market. Citroen has registered the DS4 CS name at the Chinese trademark office. The DS4 CS will be the second China-only DS SUV after the DS 6WR that debuted last month on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show.
The Citroen DS4 CS will be manufactured in China by the Changan-PSA joint venture. It will be based on the same platform as the upcoming Citroen C-XR and the Peugeot 2008. Power will come from the new 1.2 turbo petrol in two different tunes:110hp/195nm and 130hp/230nm.
