The new Citroen DS 6 SUV has been launched on the China car market, giving Citroen a credible entry in the massively booming compact SUV market segment. Price starts at 193.900 yuan and ends at 301.900 yuan. The Citroen DS6 debuted last month on the 2014 Chengdu Auto Show.

The DS6 is manufactured by the Changan-PSA joint venture, it is based on the same platform as the Citroen DS5 and Citroen DS5 LS that are already in production in China.
Engines: a 1.6 turbo with 200hp and 275nm and a 1.6 turbo with 163hp and 240nm. In 2015 a cheaper 1.8 with 139hp and 170nm will be added to the line-up, which will bring price down to about 170.000 yuan.
Size: 4553/1858/1610mm, wheelbase is 2732mm.
