As the first sedan under Voyah, Zhuiguang was first launched in December 2022. Currently, only the EV version is available for consumers to choose from, with a price range of 322,900 – 385,900 yuan (44,300 – 53,000 USD).

Overall, the appearance remains largely unchanged compared to the Voyah Zhuiguang EV version, except for the front face. The body adopts a fastback design paired with hidden door handles, multi-spoke rims, and chrome-decorated side skirts. Positioned as a medium-to-large sedan, Voyah Zhuiguang PHEV measures 5088/1970/1515 mm, and the wheelbase is 3000 mm. The widest usable space inside the car spans 1500 mm. In addition, the car stands on the ‘ESSA+SOA’ platform. ‘ESSA’ stands for Electric, Smart, Secure, and Architecture. ‘SOA’ stands for Service-Oriented Architecture.

In the front, the grille incorporates silver elements in a matrix layout coupled with a through-type LED light strip.

At this time, the official interior images have not been released. It is likely that the interior design will continue that of the EV version. For reference, the EV version is equipped with a suspended 1.4m-long triple screen comprised of an instrument panel, a central control screen, and a co-pilot screen, each measuring 12.3 inches. At the same time, a 9-inch touchscreen is positioned under the central control screen to adjust the air conditioner and seat settings. In addition, a level 2.9 advanced driving assistance system will be available on the PHEV.

Power comes from a plug-in hybrid system composed of a 1.5T four-cylinder engine and dual motors. The engine has a maximum power of 100 kW, and the front/rear motor has a maximum power of 130 kW and 160 kW, respectively. The 43 kWh ternary lithium battery pack offers a CLTC pure electric cruising range of 262 km. The CLTC comprehensive cruising range is 1,260 km.
