On the contrary, the rear has been greatly changed, with a new through-type taillight group and the addition of the “NEVO” logo. Previously, the rear had the brand logo located at the center and traditional split taillights. The new car also runs on 215/55R17 and 225/45R18 tires.

The declaration information shows that the new car has a length, width, and height of 4785/1840/1460 mm and a wheelbase of 2765 mm, which is consistent with that of the current model on sale.

Optional configurations include three cameras (at the front, rear, and external mirror), five rim designs, a radar, a sunroof, door handles, and a rear wing for consumers to choose from.

Furthermore, the new Nevo A05 still uses a plug-in hybrid power system consisting of a 1.5L Blue Whale hybrid naturally aspirated engine (model JL469Q1) that outputs a maximum power of 72 kW (97 hp) and an electric motor (model TZ270XY551) that outputs a maximum power of 158 kW (212 hp), matched with a lithium iron phosphate battery pack from the CATL-Changan joint venture. The joint venture was established by Changan, CATL, and Deepal. The top speed is 185 km/h. At this time, the battery capacity and cruising range have not been announced yet.

For reference, the current model’s 1.5L engine has a maximum power of 81 kW (109 hp) and a peak torque of 143 Nm, while the electric motor offers two power options: 140 kW (188 hp)/330 Nm and 158 kW/330 Nm. The 9.07 kWh ternary lithium battery pack variant offers a 70 km CLTC pure electric range while the 18.99 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack variant offers a 145 km CLTC pure electric range. The comprehensive cruising ranges are as high as 1,225 km and 1,300 km, respectively.
