Chinese NEV startup delivery ranking in Feb 2025, Zeekr: 31277, Xpeng: 30453, Nio: 13192

On March 1, Chinese new energy vehicle (NEV) startups are starting to release their February delivery numbers. Let’s take a look below at the companies who made the announcement.

Zeekr Technology Group delivered a total of 31,277 vehicles. Recently, Zeekr and Lynk & Co completed the equity transfer to officially establish the Group to cover EV, PHEV, and ICE markets. After the merger, 51% of Lynk & Co’s equity belongs to Zeekr and 49% belongs to Geely. It is questionable whether the Group can still be considered a NEV startup.

  • Zeekr brand: 14,039 vehicles, up 86.9% year-on-year and 17.6% month-on-month
  • Lynk & Co brand: 17,238 vehicles, up 30.5% year-on-year, with NEVs accounting for 47.9% of the sales

In January, the Zeekr brand only delivered 11,942 vehicles.

Xpeng delivered 30,453 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 570%. So far, Xpeng’s monthly delivery volume exceeded 30,000 vehicles for four consecutive months. In particular, Xpeng delivered more than 15,000 Mona M03s in February.

Li Auto delivered 26,263 vehicles, up 29.7% year-on-year. As of February 28, Li Auto delivered 1,190,062 vehicles cumulatively, has 500 retail centers in 150 Chinese cities, and has 1,874 supercharging stations across China with 10,008 charging piles.

For HIMA, it is worth pointing out that it has the highest average transaction price among Chinese automotive brands, even though it experienced a 38.5% decline year-on-year. Again, the Aito M9 has been the monthly sales champion of luxury cars over the 500,000 yuan price segment in the Chinese market for 11 consecutive months since 2024.

Furthermore, the new Aito M7 series delivered 5,204 units in February, ranking first in sales of NEV models over the 300,000 yuan price segment since 2024. The Luxeed R7 delivered 8,748 units, bringing its 2025 cumulative delivery to 20,168 units. The Stelato S9 has been the sales champion of luxury pure electric cars over the 400,000 yuan price segment for 7 consecutive months.
