A traffic policeman in the great city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province didn’t have his day when he discovered that his China-made wheel clamp was too small for a Ferrari 360 monstrous rear tire. The 360 was illegally parked and didn’t have license plates. Enough reason to ground it!, but it didn’t work. Wheel clamps were unheard of in China until a few years ago, now they are suddenly all over the place including here in Beijing. Horrible indeed, but sometimes the cars fight back.
