An electric tricycle carrying more than a hundred helium filled balloons, and there is a driver there somewhere too, seen on a country road just outside the Fourth Ring here in the capital Beijing.

The vehicle approached me with great haste, I stopped my scooter and managed to shoot this one shot before the balloons disappeared out of sight, likely on their way to a park or shopping mall. This kind of balloons sell for about 10 yuan or 1.62 USD. Earlier on we met a smaller electric tricycle carrying a still respectable 30 balloons.
