Audi R8 is matte-lime green in China
A very froggy Audi R8 wrapped in matte-lime green, seen in an underground parking lot here in Beijing. Great wrapping work includes the bumpers but the mirrors are deliberately left black for contrast, and here it worx. The grille, air inlets and window frame, and even the small frames around the headlights are all made black for a quacking combination.
Best of all are the black alloys, sitting in huge racy tires. This mean green machine is powered by the 4.2 liter V8, which will make any frog very jumpy. Some other strange Audi R8 speedcars we met in China: broken, Bling, China Edition, hits taxi, matte black, ABT Lambo-doors, another matte-black, hits mail truck, Limited Edition, in blue and in matte army-green.
Some time later; engine started. Always good to hear that in an concrete garage!
