The Zeekr 009 Grand (also known as Zeekr 009 Glory Edition in China) 4-seat MPV with up to 777 hp delivered 1,000 units in China. It took Zeekr 115 days to deliver the mentioned amount of those MPVs priced at 789,000 yuan (111,200 USD).
Zeekr is a young high-end NEV brand under Geely Group launched in 2021. Its current model line comprises the Zeekr 001 liftback, the Zeekr 009 minivan, the Zeekr X crossover, and the Zeekr 007 sedan. Today, the automaker disclosed it had delivered 1,000 units of the Zeekr 009 Grand minivan.
Zeekr 009 Grand delivered 1,000 units
The Zeekr 009 Grand was launched on April 19 in China with a single trim level priced at 789,000 yuan (109,000 USD). As for the deliveries, they started on May 19. It took Zeekr 115 days to deliver the first 1,000 units of its four-seat MPV aimed at wealthy businessmen. According to the automaker, it is a record-breaking delivery time for luxury minivans with four seats inside.
It is worth mentioning that the Zeekr 009 sold 5,822 units from May to August 2024. So, the Zeekr 009 Grand accounted for 15% of sales of this MPV. It is quite popular, bearing in mind its sticker price in China.
A former Olympic diving champion Tian Liang and his wife and singer Ye Yiqian became owners of the 1,000th Zeekr 009 Grand minivan.

The Zeekr 009 Grand is an all-electric minivan standing on the SEA architecture that underpins other Zeekr cars. It adopts the black body color and 20-inch chrome-plated rims. Its dimensions are 5217/2024/1812 mm with a wheelbase of 3205 mm. Inside, it has four seats with the 2 + 2 layout. The second row of seats has a large center tunnel and a sizeable 43-inch screen.
The Zeekr 009 Grand adopts the 800V platform. It offers a dual-motor 4WD with a 270 kW (362 hp) electric motor in the front and a 310 kW (415 hp). The combined power output of the Zeekr 009 Grand is 580 kW or 777 hp. The peak torque of the system is 810 Nm. As a result, it speeds up from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds. The 009 Grand has a 108 kWh ternary NMC battery pack on board, suitable for 702 km of EV range.
