The same brave men the found the China-made Toyota Prius in ice-cold Changchun found another interesting car, a Volkswagen Passat CC (simply called CC in China) with V6-badges and the FAW-Volkswagen logo on the back.

This leads to the conclusion that the CC V6 will be made in China. The locally-made CC is currently only available with 4-cylinder engines. When the CC V6 will hit the market, and for which price, is yet unclear.
