Fooling the Speed Camera, the Chinese Way

Here we have a very smart Mini-driver from China, likely a woman. She tries to fool the speed camera’s by sticking a sanitary napkin on the ‘A’ in her license plate. How very smart indeed, almost as smart as that man who used toothpaste to change his numbers. This tricked Mini was seen here in Beijing by reader JC, thank you for the pic!
