The very first spy shots of the new Zotye Z500 sedan, the new flagship of Zotye Auto. The vehicle was revealed during a presentation for dealers, and the photos subsequently leaked to the web. The Zotye Z500 sedan will debut later this year, likely on the Chengdu Auto Show in September.
The Z500 will be positioned above the current Zotye Z300 sedan. That indeed leaves space for a ‘Zotye Z400’, which will be used for a crossover based on the Z300. Price for the Z500 will start around 90.000 yuan and end around 140.000 yuan. Power will come from a new 1.5 turbo with about 150hp.
Sporty dials. Large screen. Automatic gearbox. Shiny piano-black stuff all over.
Decent design, but it could probably use a bit more power, judging that this is a mid-size car.
