A rare Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640-4 Roadster crashed hard in the great city of Yiwu in Zhejiang Province. The accident happened when the driver lost control of the vehicle, it spun around  several times, going through barrier in the middle of the road and hitting at least two other cars before it finally came to a stop.

One of the other vehicles involved was a black Range Rover on Zhejiang license plates.

The Lamborghini is heavily damaged and seems beyond repair. Front and rear suspension are broken, body is broken at the rear, middle, and front. It was once a nice car, painted in white with a black convertible roof, on black wheels with a red black interior.

The LP 640-4 Roadster is powered by a 6.5 liter V12 with 640 horses and 660nm, good for a 0-100 in 3.1 seconds and a 336 km/h top speed. Well, this crashed car won’t be going that fast no more.

The black sedan in the background was hit by the Lamboo as well.

Black racing stripe over the bonnet. Shanghai license plates. Miraculously the driver and passenger escaped with only minor injuries, they can be seen here chatting just behind the car.

A big and badass crane was called in to clean up the carnage.

And even more miraculously; the lights still work! Maybe there is some hope for this Murcielago after all…
