The Hawtai Lu Sheng E70 has been launched on the Chinese car market, price starts at 67.900 yuan and ends at 89.700 yuan, and that is on the cheap side for such a big car. The Hawtai Lu Sheng E70 is none other than the Hawtai B21 that debuted as a concept on the 2010 Beijing Auto Show. Design hasn’t changed much since then, only the bumpers and grille slightly different.
The Lu Sheng E70 is powered by a powered by a 2.0 petrol engine with 129hp and 180nm, mated to a 5-speed manual 0r 4-speed automatic. Hawtai is also working on a 97hp 1.5 liter diesel engine and on a 1.5 liter turbocharged petrol engine, these power plants will debut later this year. Size: 4777/1794/1481mm, wheelbase is 2678mm.
The Hawtai Lu Sheng E70 is so cheap that even the new Volkswagen Jetta costs more, and that is a smaller car with less horses; 4487/1706/1470, wheelbase is 2603, and max power is 109hp. Volkswagen is the better brand but still, customers might be tempted… Check right side of pic, big:
Well, at least they admit it, and that’s a good thing.
Sporty exhaust pipes, 5-spoke alloys.
Fake wood, but good looking. Screen on the small side. Gear lever loox expensive. Compare with Jetta.
Enough space for the kid.
Not a big brand, won’t drive perfectly; but for that money? Yez maybe…

That’s a LOT of car for the money, attractive as well. I would be very tempted if they were on sale in Europe.
cuando veremos una ensambladora por venezuelasi no he muchos pedir aqui que no hay seria muy interesante creo que sea un buen negocio y esta a un paso de mercosur alli se lo dejo
For the money it looks nice and there is enough space inside for a long journey but it has a small engine. at least it should get a 2.5l Inline 4 cylinder engine as a midsize car segment.
