A new brand from the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture. It is called ‘Qichen’ (Venucia in English) and what you see on pic is their first car. Or actually, their first half-a-car. Indeed, those madmen from Dongfeng-Nissan only brought half of it to the show. The other half was not finished yet, a blue curtain hung trough the middle of the roof. I do not like this. Or you bring a car or you do not. What does this mean for the Qichen-brand? Will al their cars be half baked? Crap, very big crap.

Qichen will be a brand for entry-level cars. It will launch sometime next year. But I really can’t take it seriously anymore. Should I write half an article about it? Use half as many words? Use half words?: Dnfn-Nsa scs.

The Qichen is half as good as any comparable car. The Qichen didn’t feel so stable halfway the highway. My other half wasn’t so sure about the Qichen, “It breax my heart in half”, she said. The Qichen goes trough half-life crisis early.

Logo resembles the view out of one’s rocket, half a galaxy away.
