Spy Shots of the new Mitsubishi Lancer EX for China. It will debut in November on the Guangzhou Auto Show and launch on the Chinese car market in early 2017. It comes with the wild new Mitsubishi grille and interesting creases over the doors.
It is not entirely new. The platform is the same as under the current EX, engines will be the same too, and the basic body shape didn’t change either. So one could argue it is actually a very extensive facelift.

A wondrous white SouEast Lioncel sedan, Spotted in China in a snowy white Dongba in the far east of the capital Beijing. The good Lioncel was in a pretty good shape, smooth in paint and speedy in line, completely original down until the wheel covers, and happily without any rot or rust.

A wondrous white Mitsubishi Lancer EVO V, Spotted in China on the Beijing Tuning Street, near the same shop where I earlier on met a Nissan R32 Skyline GT-R V-spec II and a souped up Mazda RX8. The good EVO was in immaculate condition, looking fanatically fast!

Interesting pictures showing a stretched Mitsubishi Lancer parked outside the SouEast-Mitsubishi factory. The car loox abandoned and it is the old model. It seems therefore likely this was only a one-off prototype. Mitsubishi makes two Lancers in China, the last-gen Lancer called ‘Lancer’ and the new Lancer called ‘Lancer EX’. The car on pics is the previous version of the old ‘Lancer’. Both Lancers are made by the SouEast-Mitsubishi joint venture.
