Chinese car brands love to launch weird celebrity-endorsed special editions of their cheaper cars. It is however very rare for a foreign premium-car maker to do such a wuzzy thing. But Jaguar did! And how! Don’t laugh! Jaguar is launching an XEL Love Edition, complete with an androgyn celebrity.
This is the new Jaguar XE L for China. The XE L is the long-wheelbase variant of the Jaguar XE sedan. It will debut later this week on the Guangzhou Auto Show and launch on the Chinese car market in December. Price will range from 298.000 yuan to 418.000 yuan.

This is my Spot of the Year 2016; an ultra rare XJ81 Jaguar XJ12 6 Litres painted in British Racing Green, Spotted in China at a car tuning shop in east Beijing. The good Jag’ was dusty and dirty but otherwise in a good shape; paint was smooth and chrome shiny, and I didn’t see any obvious rust or rot.

Chinese women, we hear a lot of bad about them; redecorating parking lots, hurting McLarens, and washing Mercs in the river. But here we have a good one. A woman driving a white Range Rover Evoque in the great city of Xiamen in Fujian Province found a Jaguar blocking the way out of her parking lot.
Instead of trying to find the admittingly evil owner of the vehicle she decided to take things in her own hands and bumped the Jag’ away!
A Jaguar driver had a bad day in China, crashing an F-Type convertible off the stairs in the great city of Fuzhou in Fujian Province. The poor driver was fooled. Look at the pattern on the left, with white stripes. The pavement has exactly the same pattern. Seen from above it looks like…
The Jaguar XFL has debuted on the 2016 Beijing Auto Show. The XFL is a China-only stretched variant of the Jaguar XF sedan. Wheelbase is extended by 14 centimeters, note the roof line behind the B-pillar, and all the extra space goes to the passengers in the back.
A very rare Jaguar XJ Sport V8, Spotted parked on a street in front of a bank in the far east of Beijing. The good Jag’ was painted in blue green and fitted with the original-optional five-spoke alloys. The car was in very good shape but sadly missed the Jaguar hood ornament.
